I am interested in developing bioinformatics tools and algorithms.
For the past two years, I have been fortunate to work on projects that involved analysis of sequenced data obtained from the Solexa-Illumina Genome Analyzer.

Some of the projects I participated in:

• Nucleosome positioning from short reads
• Prediction of transcription factor binding sites
• Genome-wide analysis of cytocine methylation
