I am interested in developing bioinformatics tools and algorithms.
For the past two years, I have been fortunate to work on projects that involved analysis of sequenced data
obtained from the Solexa-Illumina Genome Analyzer.

Some of the projects I participated in:

• Benchmarking of mapping short reads tools
• Nucleosome positioning
• Prediction of transcription factor binding sites
• Genome-wide analysis of cytocine methylation

For the latter project, I designed and implemented an accurate and time-efficient Bisulfite-treated Reads Analysis Tool:
