  • Designed, implemented (onto an FPGA using VHDL), and statistically analyzed an 8-bit computer system (CPU, Memory, etc)
  • Conceived, designed, and prototyped a Home Theater Remote (to operate PCs & IR devices) for Senior Design Project which uses a PIC microprocessor to control a number of external components (accelerometer, IR transmitter, shift registers, etc.)
  • Designed, laid out, taped out, and tested an integrated circuit at the transistor level that sorted linear arrays of 8-bit, serially-input integers
  • Designed/implemented discrete-event traffic and elevator simulators (Java/C++)
  • Designed two 8-bit processors (hardwired & micro-program controlled) at the logic-gate level
