Wei Wang received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. both in Computer Science from Northeastern University (NEU), China , and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Riverside. Her advisor was Dr. Chinya V. Ravishankar. During her graduate study at NEU, Wei Wang also worked as a software engineer in the OpenBASE group at Neusoft Group Ltd.
