Low power: 3v @ 5 microA

5 secs = 4.5 low power + .5 full power.

(86400 / 5 ) * 4.5 = 77,760 secs the VE is in low power mode.

(86400 / 5) * .5 = 8440 secs the VE is in full power mode.

Full power:

3 * 8640 * .01 = 259.2 Joules/day

Low power:

3 * 77,760 * 5 x 10^-6 = 1.1664 Joules/day

Total = 260.3664 Joules/day
