Lab 3: MS-Excel - Chapter 1 (Pages: 501-561)

This week lab includes two assignments:
Microsoft Office assignment: MS-Excel Chapter 1, Pages: 501-561:
- Project 1A: (pages: 501-532) Edit a workbook
From page 501 to page 509: get to know MS-Excel workbook
At page 510, you need to download file e01A_Gas_Usage and save it in your account.
- Project 1B: (pages: 502-561) Create a new workbook from a blank workbook

How to download a file
- Right click on the link
- Select "Save Target As..." or "Save Link Target As..." from the pop-up menu.
- Double click "My Computer"icon on the left.
- It will display a list of places where you can save your file, you should see a line with your account name (that is H: drive). Double click on it to open. Click on "Save" button at the right bottom. Now your file is saved.
Notes
- When they ask you to save your work, you should always save it in your account. Make sure you save it as often as you can (using Ctrl+S). By doing that you will always have your lastest works
- When they ask you to save your file as Work_FirstName_LastName, it means you should replace "First Name" and "Last Name" as your first name and last name.
