Title: Energy Efficient Routing for Multiflow Traffic In this paper we consider a multiple path computation problem in wireless ad hoc network to distribute flows between a set of source-destination pairs. Due to the nature of wireless networks and especially sensor networks (limited capacity and computations capabilities), a good routing policy can minimize the end-to-end delay, can reduce interference and increase the life of the network by distributing traffic over several sensor nodes. Thus, we propose an energy-aware multi-path routing that distributes multiple flows from a set of sources nodes to a set of destination nodes. The routing policy minimizes the average network transit delay and sensor nodes energy consumption for multiple flows by dynamically computing shortest paths between all source-destination pairs. The proposed routing policy is also interference-aware. The performance of the proposed scheme is evaluated through theoretical analyses and simulations.
