NWP IVR Menu Redesign (M3/EnsemblePro)
General Description:
Redesign NWP's IVR menu to be efficient in collecting resident credit card payments, account balance and previous payments (credit card and checks) lookups with special care given to user-friendliness, easy navigation and efficient in handling resident calls throughout the script. This script should also take into consideration all OnTimeout, OnFail and OnDefault values to ensure no customer call is disconnected. The IVR menu should also be integrated with Verisign to process credit card payments and should also handle various return codes from Verisign in the event of any credit card failures.
